Following feedback from centres we have developed an example Trainer Register and CPD Training Record.

These documents have been created to help you meet the requirements that are checked at the Quality Assurance visits (Centre Self Assessment Checklist - /media/670351/centre-qa-visit-self-assessment-form.pdf  QA Infographic - /media/560593/qa-visits.pdf)

Trainer Register

The trainer(s) used to deliver periodic training courses must have appropriate qualifications/experience in training and the subject matter.  To help you monitor your trainers you may wish to use this example Trainer Register  - www.jaupt.org.uk/media/695474/trainer-reg-example.docx

CPD Record

It is expected that you will record details to demonstrate that your trainer(s) undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure they are up-to-date with legislative requirements, changes, industry law and good practice.  You may wish to use the example here – www.jaupt.org.uk/media/695477/cpd-record-example.docx

We would also like to highlight the top 5 findings from QA Course visits for Q1 and Q2, the links below provide you with the most up to date information
