Candidates will engage in an interactive learning environment by answering open and closed question, testing their knowledge but also learning. updated with any new legislation. Candidates will be able to perform a vehicle defect check, understand the legal checks required and the penalties for not checking.
Candidates will demonstrate through out the day their new skills, they should understand how to better approach junctions and roundabouts, making the drive safer, easier, less stressful and fuel efficient. The driver will be able to demonstrate a good ability in understanding gear, changing from manual to automatic in different situations.
the results of this course will improve any drivers current driving ability by updating them with new driving techniques and guiding them to safer driving on our very busy roads.
PCV drivers will understand the importance of passenger comfort, stopping at bus stops and passengers embarking and disembarking from the vehicle. LGV drivers will understand the importance of how loads can be different and move, safe stopping and moving off in a number of different situations.
Both LGV & PCV will understand the importance of safe driving, professional attitude and driving to the very best standards
