To help candidates become more aware of effects of fatigue, drugs, alcohol and other external factors on a driver's ability to work effectively and within the law.
Candidates will learn how to look after their customers and build on their communication skills to better deal with conflict.
Drivers will also be provided with up to date information on security and counter terrorism issues.
