Should be able to have improved the knowledge of the driver concerning the Law and the rules and regulations of Driving on the road. How it is governed and name and recognise the various enforcement agencies involved. They should be aware of the penalties and endorsements if they fail to obey the Law, rules and regulations and the effect on their company or who they are employed by. Improved knowledge of vehicle safety, construction use and regulations and how to prevent traffic accidents and the basic rules of first aid if the are first on scene before the arrival of the emergency services. Should help develop the skills and attitudes of the driver and improve his responsibilities not only to himself but to other road users.
