1) Be able to demonstrate key principles of first aid practices
2) Have a good understanding of Vulnerable Road Users and your responsibilities on the road.
3) Be able to recall the types of wounds and injuries, as well as the appropriate treatment
4) Carry out a practical demonstration of the recovery position and CPR whilst minimizing danger
