Description
All delegates will be able to communicate with passengers who may have a disability and school children and their parents.
The delegate will know the appropriate procedures in the event of a fire, breakdown or accident with school children on board.
All delegates will have an awareness of legal obligations.
All delegates be aware of the possible outcomes of situations where vehicles are not checked properly and how to avoid this.
All delegates will understand what a disability is and be offered solutions to provide a disabled person with additional help.
