Description

By the end of this course drivers will be able to:
·       Describe the adverse effects of alcohol and other stimulants as well as fatigue and other distractions
·       Explain what the law and guidelines state regarding a professional driver’s physical and mental state
·       Recognise the indicators of stress and explain how to seek help
·       Explain the role of the driver in maintaining positive customer relations and customer retention
·       Decide the best action to take in order to resolve conflicts at work Identify and report security issues.
