Description
PCV Customer Care - The objectives of this course are to increase drivers' knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities toward customers, with a particular focus on diversity and disability awareness.
By the end of the course drivers' will be able to improve their ability to meet the needs of passengers, including those requiring extra assistance, and to ensure they are familiar with relevant legislation and best practices for passenger care.
PCV Safeguarding - The objectives are to enhance PCV drivers' knowledge of safeguarding, improve their ability to identify risk indicators, and ensure they understand how to report concerns properly.
Additionally, it aims to promote best practices for managing challenging situations on buses while ensuring drivers' protection and maintaining professional standards.
