By the end of this course the attendees shall be aware of
The threat of a terrorist attack, and ways to prevent vehicle theft
How to drive in an environmentally friendly manner reducing the operators enviromental impact
How and why city roadsa re changing to accomodate active travel, such as walking and cycling.
Be able to identify the most vulnerable road users and understand how they interact with other road users.
Be able to understand how to share the roads safely with others, through applying defensive driving techniques
Be aware of the use and the limitations of supplementary safety equipment fitted to the vehicles and how to maintain their
effectiveness
