Understand Health and safety within Avanti gas and UGI and manual handling and slips, trips and falls. Have a knowledge of LPG and the main characteristics of the product. Know what is expected of staff members regarding the security of drivers and vehicles. Understand Drivers hours and Working time directive. Have a knowledge of mobile phone use while driving and the wearing of seatbelts. Understand the different vulnerable road users and have a better understanding of bridge strikes. Have the knowledge to carry out a full vehicle checks. Understand OCRS and the role of the enforcement officer.
