A) To improve drivers’ understanding of drivers’ working hours, regulations, use of tachographs and to
minimise errors in compliance.
C) To ensure drivers understand the need for efficient daily vehicle checks and fully appreciate their
responsibilities.
E) To ensure drivers can load their vehicle safely and understand the basics of manual handling and
fire safety.
G) To improve drivers’ awareness of mental health and ability.
K & L) To ensure drivers have a working knowledge of First Aid.
M) To improve drivers’ understanding of their legal requirements and to make drivers aware of the
recent changes.
