Competent in first aid administration and emergency services coordination

To be able to understand professional communication skills for handling customer inquiries and complaints
To be able to apply conflict resolution techniques and service quality standards in practical scenarios

EU Traffic Signs
To gain an understanding of regulatory, warning, and informational traffic signs used across EU member states
To be able to successfully interpret and respond to priority signs, speed limits, and special zone indicators
