2. Carry out your driving duties and enhance the reputation of TrawsCymru through your behaviour, attitude, appearance and approach to customer service.
3. Recognise and comply with safety aspects related to the driving role.
4. Use the Smith 5 point formula to enhance your driver skills
5. Explain the benefits of telematics and utilise the system as an aid to better driving
6. Deal with aggressive passengers in a calm and assertive manner.
7. Use the “Ask for Angela” scheme to support vulnerable customers.
