Description
Upon completion of the course delegates will be able to:
Understand which set of drivers' hours regulations apply to their work.
Define the terms Driving Time, Driving Period, Rest, Break, Period of Availability, other work and the corresponding limits.
Identify when breaks and rest are required and state the required duration and requirements of any reductions.
Complete tachograph records, Identify correct modes to be used on both digital and where required analogue equipment.
Input manual entries to digital tachograph vehicle unit.
Carry out necessary procedures in the event of emergencies and equipment failure.
Demonstrate an understanding of the drivers' hours records to be carried by the driver
