Description
To seek to know and apply
(i) The drivers' hours limits, breaks and rests as set by both Eu, working time directive and
GB domestic rules and their annexes.
(ii) Mixed Drivers' hours, AETR and GB domestic rules.
(iii) Digital and analogue tachographs and rules governing them.
(iv) Manual entries to the tachograph.
(v) Working time directive rules and how they affect drivers.
(vi) Enforcing authority and penalties that can be issued for non-compliance.
