Description

Course attendees will be able to identify and explain how the HSAWA 1974 places responsibilities on them, their employers and their colleagues.
Course attendees will identify the difference between hazards and risks and recognise how to control the circumstances which can lead to an incident.
Course attendees will recognise factors that can lead to accidents during road based and reversing manoeuvres, and explain how to make them safer.
Course attendees will identify how pedestrians interact with their role as professional drivers and describe measures that can be taken to control some of the risks involved.
