Candidates will learn how to look after their customers and build on their communication skills to better deal with conflict. Drivers will also be provided with up to date information on security and counter terrorism issues.
Drivers will have a better understanding of health & safety, thus enabling safer working environments through the demonstration of a more defined knowledge
