By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Accurately record and interpret driver activity in compliance with regulations.
Operate and Manage Tachographs:
• Identify tachograph modes and functions.
• Recognise exemptions, infringements, and associated penalties.
• Understand legal responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
Comply with Working Time Directive (WTD)
• Distinguish between driving time and other work.
• Apply rules governing maximum working hours and minimum rest periods.
• Understand enforcement procedures and penalties for breaches.
Understand Driver Licensing Requirements
• Identify licence categories and restriction codes.
• Recognise legal responsibilities and penalties related to licensing.
• Maintain compliance with endorsement and revocation procedures.
Promote Driver Health and Road Safety
