Description
On completion of training delegates should demonstrate:-
An understanding of their responsibilities under Common Law and specific legislation towards their passengers and other road users
An understanding of what to do if a fire breaks out or if a vehicle evacuation of passengers is needed through any other incident
Practical experience through carrying out vehicle evacuation exercises, including mock evacuations for fire, vehicle breakdown on motorways, dual carriageways, also for medical emergencies. Delegates will be able to demonstrate how they will control a group of passengers in differing circumstances, weather conditions etc.
They will also be able to advise and discuss the consequences of not controlling emergency situations, without an effective evacuation.
