At the end of the training candidates will understand:
Employers health and safety obligations
Arriving at the scene and dealing with a casualty
Dealing with an unconscious casualty and CPR
Dealing with choking and asthma
How to deal with bleeding, shock and epilepsy
Dealing with burns, foreign objects, fractures and sprains
How to deal with heart attacks, strokes and head injuries
How to deal with nose bleeds, amputations, spinal injuries and poisons
