Description
To explain and outline the effects of fatigue, drugs, alcohol and other external factors on a driver's ability to work effectively and within the law.
Candidates will learn, differentitate how to look after their customers and build on their communication skills to better deal with conflict.
Drivers will also be provided with up-to-date information on security and counter terrorism issues and be able to recognise the potential threats.
