Description

At the end of the course drivers will understand the need to maintain compliance standards and how failure to do so could affect their licence and also the company's operators licence.
At the end of the course drivers of commercial vehicles will be aware of their responsibility to remain compliant when driving commercially on public roads.

By the end of the training course, participants will be able to:

• Explain why there is a need to reduce environmental impact and improve air quality
• Check your vehicle and in-vehicle technology to reduce emissions
• Apply fuel-efficient driving techniques and journey planning to improve efficiency
• Describe the latest renewable fuels available for commercial and passenger vehicles
