Tachograph updates – including the introduction of the new tachograph system and how to demonstrate knowledge of EU driver hours.
Regulatory compliance – ensuring drivers stay fully aligned with EU and UK driving regulations.
Drivers will also learn about:
Vehicle maintenance costs – understanding the significant expenses involved in upkeep and the financial impact of accidents and damage.
Nutrition and wellbeing – exploring how different types of food affect concentration, fatigue, and alertness. The course will promote healthier alternatives to replace “quick and easy” convenience foods that can negatively impact performance.
