Description
This course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to reduce and manage road risk across a fleet operation. By the end of the training, participants will understand the moral, economic, and legal reasons for safe driving, be able to apply duty of care to minimise risks to staff and other road users, establish and evaluate effective work-related road risk management practices, and appreciate the importance of major incident procedures following serious collisions.
Participants will also experience virtual reality scenarios that simulate urban, rural, and motorway driving risks from both driver and vulnerable road user perspectives, providing practical insight into real-world road hazards.
