3. Understand safe loading principles, load restraint, overloading and vehicle stability.
4. Apply basic weight, axle weight, dimension and bridge strike prevention principles.
5. Recognise key transport health and safety risks, including fatigue, workplace transport and driver wellbeing.
6. Explain OCRS, DVSA Earned Recognition and the role of performance monitoring.
7. Identify the evidence required to support DVSA audits, Public Inquiries and continuous improvement.
8. Produce practical workplace actions to improve safety and compliance performance.
