Description
This course provide drivers with the knowledge, skills and practical understanding required to maintain vehicle roadworthiness, identify and report defects, and load, secure and transport goods safely, legally and efficiently.
Through learning and immersive/ Virtual Reality scenarios,drivers will understand their responsibilities for vehicle safety, compliance and load security. By the end of the course, drivers will be able to conduct effective vehicle checks, follow correct defect reporting procedures, respond appropriately to roadside inspections and breakdowns, and apply safe loading and load restraint techniques. The course promotes best practice, reduces the risk of incidents, protects all road users, and supports a safe, compliant and professional transport operation.
