Main Objectives - What is Customer Service – drivers understand what it is, how it works and the importance to a business. Types of Customer – the difference between the types of customer and how the interaction effects the driver and the business. Barriers to Customer Service – This will deal with the roles of the driver in exacting customer service. Dealing with Difficult people – By describing difficult people, drivers may recognise the behaviour in themselves or others and how to better it. Dealing with disputes, the aim is that by the end of the session drivers will be able to handle complaints in a structured and business manner
Secondary Objectives
Working as a team in a collective delivery of company based customer services. Understanding the impact financially, commercially and reputationally that poor customer service can have on a business. Reminding drivers that they are a brand ambassador whilst driving and in face to face meetings with the customer.
