- Apply safe manual handling principles when loading and unloading.

By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Explain the legal duties of a driver involved in or arriving first at a road traffic collision.
- Secure the scene to minimise further risk to themselves, passengers, and other road users.
- Assess the situation and communicate essential information to emergency services.
- Apply the Protect–Alert–Rescue principle in real-life accident scenarios.
- Demonstrate awareness of simple life-saving actions such as DRABC, recovery position, bleeding control, and CPR basics.
- Contribute effectively to the safety and well-being of passengers until professional help arrives.
