The Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) have confirmed that classroom-based Taxi Driver Periodic Training (TDPT) and both classroom-based and in-cab Driver CPC periodic training and can now resume in Northern Ireland. DVA still encourages periodic training to be delivered remotely where possible, to help restrict the spread of the virus. However, where necessary, classroom based periodic training can take place providing the latest PHA and government guidance is adhered to.
